Special Charters

Want to charter a trip for your special event?

We offer a One Hour Train ride on the date of your choice.*

Charter reservations must be made at least 2 weeks in advance.

Amount must be paid in full one week before event.

We can accommodate up to 200 guests per charter trip.

Or you can charter your own car on one of our regularly scheduled One Hour Train Rides.*

Special Charters for up to 200 people - $1500

Charters for one car during our regularly scheduled One Hour Train Rides - up to 70 people - $700

* Special Charter reservations (the date of your choice) may not be scheduled during any pre-scheduled weekend event or trip. Charters are available from Wednesday - Friday. The train is unavailable from May 1 - 16.

The Lebanon Mason Monroe Railroad (LM&M), the only authentic, historic train offering recreational rides in Southwest Ohio, is formatting several new excursions for scouts and youth groups. Groups of 20 or more receive a 20% discount

Fundraising

Lease your own private rail car at a reduced rate and resell the tickets as a fundraiser for your organization. Leases are only available on select dates. This offer is only available to non-profit organizations. A formal letter of request on letterhead will be required in order to lease a car.
