Special Note on Changes for 2016
The LM&M Railroad has reimagined and improved our North Pole Express experience. For the first time, a choice of either first class or coach seating will be offered. We have equipped our restored 1930’s Lackawanna coaches with heaters. Beginning this year, they will be used for general admission coach seating. Reserved first class seating will be offered in our new Milwaukee Road 3200 car.
The train will not make a stop at the North Pole. Instead, Santa along with his elves will visit passengers in comfort on-board the train. However, because of this change, passengers will not be able to walk through the train during the ride. Hot chocolate and cookies will be available on the platform while you wait for your train and are included with your ticket. Cookies will be provided by the Sweet Alexis Bakery. Each passenger will recieve one cookie that is peanut free, egg free, tree nut free, and dairy free. A letter to Santa writing area will also be available in the Lebanon station area.
The train ride will be 1 hour long. Passengers may spend as much time as they would like in the station area before and after the ride.
