¤ How do I purchase a gift certificate?

¤ Do you charge for shipping?

No. Shipping on gift certificates is free of charge!

 

¤ How and when will I receive my purchased certificate?

Once an order is placed for a gift certificate, we will prepare the certificate and send it out in the mail on or by the next business day. Sorry, we are not able to process and ship orders on Monday or Tuesday as we are closed.

We will ship the gift certificate to the mailing address provided through PayPal unless otherwise specified by the buyer.

 

¤ How do you purchase tickets using the Gift Certificate?

Tickets can only be purchased by calling the LM&M Railroad’s Gift Shop and Ticket Office at 513-933-8022. Certificates are valid up to the dollar amount on the front of the certificate. Customers are responsible for any additional charges or fees not covered by the gift certificate. Payment will be due at the time of reservation.

Usage and Redemption

¤ What are the Complete Terms and Conditions?

As availability on our rides cannot be guaranteed, we highly recommend purchasing your tickets in advance. When ordering tickets, please let the LM&M Railroad know that you are using an LM&M Gift Certificate, and that you are using the certificate number that is located in the upper right corner. Certificates cannot be replaced if lost or stolen, nor can they be redeemed for cash. Gift certificates can only be used to purchase tickets, or for merchandise from the LM&M Gift Shop (in store purchases only). Each gift certificate is non-refundable. Gift Certificates may be combined with other LM&M Gift Certificates, but may not be combined with other passes (family, adult, child, etc.) or coupons. Please call 513-933-8022 for information.

 

¤ How can I customize my gift certificate?

We can fill out the 'To' and 'From' categories listed on the certificate. If you would like this option, please let us know when you place your order. We can also have a small message printed on the certificates before they are mailed. Please include this request in the Instructions to Seller box in PayPal, and contact us immediately after purchase at sales@lebanonrr.com

Returns

¤ Do you allow order cancellations or returns on purchased gift certificates?

Cancellations of orders can only be made before shipment. Once a certificate is shipped, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.
