What are the Ticket Office and Gift Shop hours?
Our winter operating hours are:
Monday & Tuesday: CLOSED
Wednesday - Friday: 10am - 3pm
Saturday & Sunday: CLOSED
Train rides will resume operations in the Spring with the Easter Bunny Express

Do you sell gift certificates?
Yes! We sell gift certificates in any denomination. They can be purchased in person at the Gift Shop, or over the phone at 513.933.8022.

What kind of merchandise does the Gift Shop have?
The Gift Shop carries different types of merchandise throughout the year. We generally have Thomas the Train™ merchandise and LM&M merchandise such as t-shirts, wooden whistles, and post cards. Please call 513.933.8022 for availability on specific items.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We can accept the four major credit cards, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express, as well as cash. Sorry, we cannot accept personal checks.

When does the train run?
The train runs during most weekends of the year as well as select week days. Please visit our Calendar of Events page for a complete schedule, or click here to download a PDF version of our brochure.

Where does the train go?
The destination of the train depends on what event will be running. Most of our weekend events travel approximately 4.5 miles to our setup on the back property of the Southwest Golf Ranch on Rt. 42 in Lebanon. Our Pumpkin Patch Express event in the fall travels to the Schappacher Farms just outside of Mason, OH. The train does not currently travel to Mason or Monroe, except for the occasional special excursion.

Is the train handicapped accessible?
Due to the historic nature of our equipment, the train is NOT handicapped accessible. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Are the cars heated or air-conditioned?
Due to the historic nature of our equipment, the cars are not heated or air-conditioned. Please make sure you dress appropriately for the weather!

Does the train have on board restrooms?
No, there are no restrooms aboard the train. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Are there concessions on board the train?
Yes, most of our rides will have concessions on board. If you are unsure, please call the office at 513.933.8022.

How can I purchase tickets?
Tickets can be purchased online from the event page, over the phone at 513.933.8022, or in person at the Ticket Office at 127 S. Mechanic St. Lebanon, OH 45036.

Do I need to purchase my tickets in advance?
Advance ticket purchase is recommended. Tickets are sold on a first come basis. Reservations can only be made with payment by credit card, cash (in person only), or gift certificate.

What happens if I miss, or can't make my scheduled ride?
If you miss or can't make your scheduled ride, we will trade your tickets for another day and/or time (availability dependant). Tickets cannot be refunded, but under extenuating circumstances, exceptions may be made under the discretion of management.

Do you have special rates for groups?
Yes! Our standard group rate gives a 20% discount for groups of 20 or more. Please call 513.933.8022 or email info@lebanonrr.com for more information.

When should I arrive for my trip, and when will my trip begin boarding?
We recommend arriving 45 minutes - 1 hour prior to your departure. This is mainly for traffic delays, parking, picking up tickets, and use of restrooms before departure. Boarding begins 10 minutes prior to your departure time.

Can we bring strollers, food, or drinks aboard the train?
Strollers that are collapsible and can easily be stowed are allowed on the train. Guests are permitted to bring their own food and drinks, but are not permitted to bring glass or alcohol on the train. Concessions will be available on the train for purchase (cash only).
